Kasey;

Your e-mail was timely - we are working with the Cascadia Initiative data,
as we speak. So the correct location
for M08C is very useful.

1. Can you tell me the units used for pressure on the Lamont instruments?
I am assuming pascals, but I don't
see them written down anywhere.

2. I am seeing potential 'artifacts' in some of the pressure data - i.e.,
an instantaneous offset that happens in between data points in 1 minute
sampled data. Not 'geophysically feasible'. Have these artifacts been
noted previously?

3. Some of the data downloads from the Lamont instruments (the only ones we
are interested in) are incomplete, that
is the download only goes so far (i.e., 3 months) and then stops. Multiple
attempts at downloading always stop at
the same time.

I can send you examples of these, but I am not sure if you are the right
person. But your e-mail says to ask.

Hopefully,

Paul Johnson
