[SAC-HELP] "magic" entries for SAC files in Linux

The program "magic" identifies file formats. The attached file contains
lines which can recognize big-endian and little-endian SAC binary files.
The test looks for the SAC header version and is limited to header format version 6.
These entries can be added to the global or local magic file.
Use "man magic" to determine the location of these files for your
particular distribution.
